Look at improving cars performance. Info in Ideas.html (All)
More sponsorship (Townsland trust etc) and/or Morrisons bag packing. (BM,TA,KA)
Modifing rear end for new shape. This will change the rear end to have a more "pointy" shape as per Gareths VWT simulation designs. It needs to be easy to remove/hinge for battery changing etc. (GB,DD,MD)
Improve seat arrangements for new shorter drivers with better anti-submarining support. (LB,TB)
Fitting new batteries. Method to fit the new batteries. Hole for scruitneering. (Add foam to batteries to make the fit tight and help maintain heat ? Add connectors for power). (BM,IM)
Based on new battery sizes, make new battery box/boxes, trolley etc as needed. (Smaller battery boxes ? Wheels on battery boxes ?) (BM,IM)
Replace throttle mechanism. Either new electrical throttle mechanisim or repair old one). (TA,KA)
Modify rollbar rear strut for better forward/backward strength. (LB,MD)
Modify cockpit opening to remove flaps. Probably replace with fixed solid foam bits reducing area. Maybe look at rounding front bar to allow drivers knees to come up for easier entry/exit.
New gearing. Rear 53 ?
Improve Laptop display. (DD,TB)

Recruit new team members. (DB,SD,LB)
Car horn improvements to WAV file system.(GB,DD)
Look at the
New messaging system over telemetry including Panic button for driver.
Replace all buttons on car with microswitch types.
Investigate regenerative braking system to improve drivability and reduce energy loss on slowing down.
Write Thankyou letter to all sponsors. (LB,TA)
Make Video, sponsor letters and noticeborad improvements.(DB,SD)
Improve behind head foam areas. Possibly make using mould with spray foam. Perhaps one per driver.

Stabalise cars exterier. Coating with fibreglass tissue and resin or acrilic paint.
Paint car to design.
Consider printing on the overalls to improve our preTodosentation / image. BM

Look at the seating arrangement.
