RR8 Steering Build

Steering bar Top Piece
1. Put 25mm bar in Lathe.
2. Drill 8.5mm hole through centre.
3. Lathe 22mm spigot 15mm long
4. Turn over and Lathe to length
5. Lathe 15mm spigot 5mm down.
6. Tap with 10x1.5mm tap

Steering bar Bottom Piece
1. Put 25mm bar in Lathe.
2. Drill 8.5mm hole through centre.
3. Lathe 22mm spigot 15mm long
4. Turn over and Lathe to length
5. Lathe 15mm spigot 5mm down.

1. Put 25mm bar in Lathe.
2. Drill 8.5mm hole through centre.
3. Mill end with 25mm diameter bit at 12 degrees
4. Lathe to length

1. Weld wheel boss to main part
2. Drill through wheel boss and main part
3. Tap all holes 10x1.5mm tap
