Greenpower Garage
Wates are sponsoring Greenpower at Chipping Sodbury School, by building us a new Greenpower garage. This garage is going to be used for the keeping of the cars and hopefully the teams are hoping there will be a wind tunnel inside it to help keep the air resistance to an ultimate low with chipping sodbury's Greenpower cars.
Wates are building the new sports hall at the school. They became interested in Greenpower, and thought they would help. They had a chat with Mr McMurrow and thus, the Greenpower garage was born...
The garage is joined to the DT department of the school, to make it quick and easy to get to during Greenpower sessions. All of the teams will share it, and it will be a nice change from the usual metal box that they use at the moment!

STAGE ONE
As you can see from this picture, the Greenpower garage is joined to the DT department. (below)
This is the inside of the garage. It is quite roomy, but not yet finished. (below)

STAGE TWO
They have added a window to the garage.
STAGE THREE
Wates have added a floor and roof so now the garage looks much closer to finished!
STAGE FOUR
The Garage is finished! Thank-you very much wates! The garage is very useful and it is being used for greenpower use and to store a wind tunnel which is being made at the moment and being financed by the Rotary club. Thank-you very much.
